These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the aiflowbiz.tech website as well as all AI integration and business process optimization services provided by aiflowbiz (Business ID: 202434567P).

2. Agreement Conclusion

A contract becomes effective once a client confirms an aiflowbiz proposal in writing or books a service online.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in SGD plus VAT. Invoices must be settled within 10 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and 3% annual interest rate may apply.

4. Services & Liability Disclaimer

Our consulting and implementation services are delivered to the best of our knowledge. aiflowbiz is not liable for any business outcomes. All recommendations are non-binding suggestions.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the tailored nature of our services, no refunds are granted once a contract is confirmed.

• Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
• For cancellations under 48 hours: 50% processing fee applies.
• Services already provided are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.
